Dream Time is a cosmic blend of herbs traditionally used for dream recall, dream work, and over all relaxation. It is a lovely blend to use both before bed and through out the day.

Well-being: This blend brings us to our senses with the arousal and stimulation of Damiana while also relaxing us from the warmth of Kava Kava. Mugwort is our muse opening our dream portals within and Lavender brings a flirtatious, sweet energy to this blend. Opening portals can feel uncertain and boundless so Sage helps to ground & guide while Saint Joan’s Wort allows the light to shine through, bringing optimism to the space. (Please note, Sain't Joan’s Wort can interact with a handful of medications, changing the ways they are metabolized, thus changing their effectiveness.)

Ritual: Try Dream Time before bed or, my favorite, out on the dance floor as you dream through body movement. Dream Time is also a wonderful accompaniment to a dream journaling practice.

Self- Care: Tending to our dream space allows us to feel connected to our path, creativity, and our guides. Watch yours blossom and evolve as you begin honoring and paying attention to your dreams.

Dream Time is formulated for internal use. Suggested dosage is 1/2 ml to 1 ml, by mouth, as needed. The dropper comes with measurements for easy dosage!
