Potions & Pep Talks
$110, 30-45 Minutes w/ custom care package
A 30-45 minute consultation to check in dearly with you. How are you doing and feeling?! What are your physical, emotional, and energetic needs and intentions right now? What do you wish to share, and to receive support on? After a sweet chat, Lauren will take some time to sink into our discussion, do some research and visioning, and formulate a custom Potion(s) and hearty care package that supports your health, desires, and intentions. This care package will be shipped to you within a week of your Pep Talk.
HPV Consultations
$165, 1 Hour w/ custom care package
Found out that you or a sex partner of yours has HPV? Have HPV and want to explore your care options? Don't fret, friend, we got this! In this 1 hour consult, we will ground in and sort out what's happening, and discuss the many ways you can support yourself dealing with an HPV infection, or potential infection. Lauren has over 12 years of personal experience dealing with multiple HPV diagnoses, and has supported numerous clients in their HPV care. There are many options and tools at the ready, and she’d love nothing more than to support you and create a care plan with you. Please come with all the specific information, history with HPV, and/or diagnoses from your doctor if any, and bring a notebook and pen to jot down some helpful tools we will discuss. Your consultation includes a care plan, HPV, NBD Zine, and custom formula(s) shipped to you within a week.
Pop-up Pep Talks
Lauren offers 20-Minute Potions and Pep Talks “mini” sessions for pop-up events. If you'd like to book her for an event, please email! She will bring all her own supplies. This is a super sweet, fun way to collaborate with you and your community.
